Seen the property you like and want to take it? We use an online application service, so applying is easy. We will send you the link to the form, or you can do it over the phone at no extra cost. There are no forms to scan or post back to us.
Once your referencing comes back accepted, we meet at the property on the check in day to sign the contracts and paperwork. If referencing is not accepted, we will work through the other options available, because we know you want the property.
Durham is one of our two main hubs, and we are letting student homes for next year. International students can apply online, complete the guarantor application online and reserve a home before they arrive.
